A poem I wrote after Graduation last year, my best friend (Big Sister) had graduated
Sitting here in this cold room

I feel you presence all around me

I don’t know why or how

But when I sit here I want to cry

Cause now you’ve gone left the school

And left me here just like a fool

I know you had too, but why now

I feel so alone now that you’ve gone.

I’m sitting in this cold dark room

Hoping you’ll message me

Wishing you were in my sight

Now all I feel is dark and gloom

I don’t know what it was about you

You just made my day shine

And made me feel I was special

Now you’ve gone up on ahead,

Wait for me… I need you now!

My last year, how will I cope

Without you right here by my side!

And kicking me up the hide!
