The First Day Of Summer

There was girl named Sarah and a boy named Eric. School was almost over and soon the first day of summer would be here. All the kids were excited for school to be over. It was 2:53 p.m. the kids got out at 2:55 p.m.No one could stay in their seats. Then it was 2:54 p.m. everyone was looking at the clock.2: 55 p.m. came; the bell rang everyone screamed and ran out. Everyone ran to their locker and got everything. Then everyone ran to the buses. Sarah and Eric were talking to their friends Meg and Megan. Then Eric's mother came to pick up Sarah and Eric. They were all so happy to be out of school. Then Sarah got dropped off at her house.” I’ll call you" Sarah said "ok"replid Eric. When Sarah got home Meg and Megan called. They wanted to hang out. Sarah said lets go roller skating with me and Eric also you guys.” "That sounds fun”, said Meg. "We will meet each other at the park at 5:00 p.m. and then you guys can come over my house.” said Sarah.” Okay" said Megan. It was 5:00 p.m. Meg, Megan, Sarah, and Eric were all at the park. Eric said, "Lets have a race" "Okay the last one has to buy the winner ice cream”. Said Sarah".Your on said Meg and Megan." Okay the finish line is at the end of the park,” said Sarah.” We start here, now go". Sarah, Meg, Megan, and Eric raced off. Sarah and Eric were neck and neck. Then Sarah took the lead. Eric was trying to chase up to Sarah but then a man came in front of Eric. Eric grabbed on to Sarah. Then Sarah and Eric fell down. The man picked up Sarah and Eric.Meg and Megan went zooming by Sarah and Eric. Then Sarah and Eric got up and started to race again. They caught up to Meg and Megan. They were all close to the finish line Meg, Megan, Sarah, and Eric all finished at the same time. They all went out for ice cream. They had a fun time racing in the park. That was a great day for them.
