I was caught doing something I shouldnt have.
I made a big mistake today,
Doing something bad I shouldnt have done,
And getting caught doing it too,
Now I am marked by my sin.

People laugh it off and share the news,
While I cringe inside and hurt,
For those I had called my friends,
Had betrayed the trust I had given.

Now I am punished not only by myself,
But by family and friends,
People whome I love,
And never would hurt.

But I was caught in the act,
Of my sinfulness,
and now everyone knows,
I am marked by my sin.
