Preface to my first book.
Do we all need to line up in the same way as required by Nazi German Concentration Camps from World War II? As a young woman freshly stepping into the workforce realm from a military background, this change is the most important and challenging one that I have ever encountered. The same might be said about any other young lady that is a recent college graduate, et cetera. Going from schedules being made for you, parties, tests, drill sergeants and peer pressure at its highest, the transition can be emotionally, physically and mentally extremely draining. So, how do we break the ice? Is it all about how well you can write a cover letter and resume? Sure, these things are important, but other aspects also play a huge role in your personal transition.
