...after an ordeal with the Service Department at the local Honda dealership.
Absent foresight or miraculous intervention,
         an otherwise cautious customer
         is only as strong as the middleman he is subjected to;
Yet without accountability,
         those in power behind the scenes
         may be without conscience and driven by greed.
