When you have no control of your thoughts.
Too many thoughts clouding my mind
Peace an impossibility
Chaos a reality
Future unclear beyond my window bars
Past a record of my faults

Alone as always in my cage
Be it mental or physical I wait
Til my savior comes to save me
Or til death comes to claim me
I alone wait

My body weakens as I lose control
My mind becomes an endless void
All thoughts gone and left me alone
Time has no meaning in this place
Til everything stops, I will wait
Alone as always, I will wait.
