the suffering of an average student struggling to decode history
head bent to study history,

to decipher enigmatic mysteries.

sinking into a tide of time,

in that queer book of mine.

the table clock went tick tick tick,

and modern events became antique

history may repeat a million times

but never once in the book of mine

the table clock went tick tick tick

time to learn the events so historic

and soon decipher the mystery

before I myself become history

the exam day soon did dawn,

of archaic tales i spun a yarn,

mixed up dates of birth and death

stories of politics and conquest

the time i have, the clock shall tick,

to know the result of mistakes so explicit...

Of a student's life, is this story

who tried to sing this cacophony
