Inspired by the way my brotherinlaw looks at my sister & their kids-this is for him.
My Family

When my sight carries me, one by one, to each of you,
It is entrapped by your beauty, honor, and virtue
Beset with a complexity my head must coil,
I toil with a hint of disbelief and tremendous bliss
Exposed by the glint in my eyes, I blink away their fullness

Your three voices are the sounds that entertain my affection
Detaining my attention as they dance about my mind
Until the time, to me it seems
They escape across my face, leaving it to beam

Words have not the strength
To convey the breadth of my devotion
That keeps my heart in motion
And weighs it with completeness
Here am I, before you once more,
Speechless.
