The beauty of white snow in a dark night.
A WINTER NIGHT

Winter wind, too cold, icy,
Cutting the skin so deep,
You invigorate the lungs
As I shiver and creep.

Peeping through my window glass,
As I gaze at the sky,
Thousands of stars greet me as
A pale moon do I spy.

Snow covers the pine yonder,
A white sheet all around.
In nature’s pristine beauty,
A heaven I have found.

I hear then a lonely howl
In grey and white expanse
Reminding life continues
In vast snowy pretense.
