A girl sees her mistakes in the mirror.
She saw herself in the mirror,
But what she saw was not her.
Slitted wrists, darkened eyes.
The things she did only to revise.
Revise his life, revise her own.
She had cut her skin with a stone.
When he left, it affected her so.
She wishes now that she had never known.
That she had never done these things to herself.
The things that would scar her for life.
The things that had left her crying with a knife.
The things that she did will never go.
If only he had loved her so.
She saw herself in the mirror,
But what she saw was not her.
