A womans attraction to another woman.
One summer day she
passed my way.
At the market in San Lorraine.

Silly as I to think as a guy
when she smiled and said “hello”.
When she pardon from me
I dashed to see which way she left me to go .

I wonder and wish that if only one kiss
she would follow me home tonight.

I lay awake in totally dismay
for her beauty I can’t erase.

Her diamond cut eyes
and summer peach lips,
yearning for her embrace.

They say you know
when love comes along.
Love has no fears just woes.

My only woe is a husband at home.
Her love, I shall never know.
