[A poem must have flow. Rhyme adds to the quality.]
WHAT IS A POEM?

What is a poem and what
It represents in fact?
Whatever it says it must
Do in a style, with tact.

For some the urge of writing
Is just too important.
They forget, in poetry
Flow, too, is relevant.

Those who swear by the urge say
That nothing else matters.
Their free verse is often just
A jumble of letters.

Arrange words and syllables
So that with rhythm they chime.
If possible, also do
Include a bit of rhyme.
