Is she a ghost? A steamy poem about 2 lesbians in unusual circumstances.
Hi everyone, this is my first time writing a romantic poem. I tried my hardest to not have it sound cheesy, predictable, or corny. But give me the blunt truth on your oppinion.

Lady Of The Pond

In the forest at night
She dances on the pond
Eloquently and freely
Twirling and swaying
Fair skinned and brown hair moving in the breeze
Emanating with a soft light around her
In an antique white flowing dress with ribbon laced up the front
The sound of fabric rubbing together between her legs as she dances
Like she is from another time
I walk into the woods at night to watch her, traveling through the brush and eerie sounds of night to reach her
Her mystery intrigues me
While she hums a captivating tune that seems surreal under the moonlight
And when she steps off the lake and onto the forest floor
The animals are not afraid
Like she's made this place her home for a long time.

Suddenly she acts as though she knows I'm here watching her
Stopped humming
What happens next is different than the other times
Suddenly and instantly she appears right before me
Kind and not intimidating
The first look into her eyes that I have done
They are soft and wise
Sincere
Actually piercing into my heart and my emotions
Our eyes are caught together
Like in a tunneled vision
And she steps back a couple steps to stand against a tree
Is she afraid?
Without words her eyes are telling me to come closer
She gently reaches out to touch my arm
Oh the softest touch I have ever felt
The look in her eyes now lets me know something I had not expected
But very true that she is outpouring of wanting and longing
Without pressure from her touch I am pulled closer
Coming within her space of her aura
There is no denying what she is craving.

My hand ran through her hair as smoothly as water
I putting my cheek against hers, she smelled of the sweetness of woods and the pond
As I kissed her neck and held her soft hand close
I closed my eyes cherishing
Upon opening them, I realize she has unlaced her dress to feel closer to me
For closeness was all she really wants in her lonely existence here
As I too had understood that painful burden for so long
As she unbuttoned my shirt so sincerely.
With my chest now against hers, I caress her sides with my hands softly,
She tilts her head back and breaths deeper
Then I wrap my arms around her
She sighs as she slides down the tree bending her legs and keeping them apart
Staying on her feet
I knelt down to her as she quickly took my hand and placed it on her belly underneath the seam of her pantaloons
Directing me to what she was dieing for
Wrapped up in her emotion, spell, intrigue, and mystery,
That night I gave her what she was truly longing for, for possibly over a hundred years.
