Something I think we can all relate to - beauty and self worth.
could you ever care for me

I look at you, dreaming
forget the nose
or lips

could you ever care for me

I watch you, dreaming
forget the hair
or eyes

could you ever care for me

I gaze at you, dreaming
forget the bod
or thighs

could you ever care for me

I stare at you, dreaming
forget that I'm
not beautiful

could you ever care for me

can you see that
I'm much more than
an ugly face

can you see
that beauty's not
skin deep

not skin deep
