The Heartland maketplace is buried in the lush rolling hills of the Swiss countryside, and is steeped in a folklore so intriguing it attracts visitors from around the world.
Charlotte Parker is an actress in search of peace and quiet, but when she stumbles upon the local folklore she can't resist the draw of a good mystery; or maybe what she can't resist is the equally mysterious Rainier, a trader who only appears once a week with the coming of the market.
Strange stories and even stranger happenings at the marketplace causes Charlotte to follow her curious nature into an adventure more unbelievable than any of the movies she's ever starred in.
