One Hundred word story
"If you believe," Peter Pan told them, "clap your hands; do not let Tinkerbelle die."

An underwhelmed second grade class responded. They sat on mats or blankets. Letting them hear jokes from the older classes had been unfortunate. Some tried acting 'adult'.

One girl said, "What a silly play."

Another boy said, "Let us kill evil fairies by disbelieving!"

The actress moaned melodramatically and slumped further down.

Tommy demanded, "Make them accept humans."

Claudia added, "We saw this last year. Why is she alive?"

No more options. He whispered in her ear, "Time for your death rattle, improvisation must follow."
