There comes a stage when reason loses appeal.
BEYOND REASON’S CALL

You think I am poisonous
And have shattered your life.
No longer you get comfort
In the arms of your wife.

I have sacrificed for you
My each cherished desire,
But now from my company
You so want to retire.

I wish you could tell me why
You’re not faithful to me;
Why you hit me so often
Causing ignominy.

No, I won’t ask any more
Nasty questions at all.
You have no answers, you are
Beyond the reason’s call.
