Looking At Me
Looking At Me

I see upon a swirling sea,

A sea gull looking straight at me.

He bobs his head up and down,

As does the sea swell he rests upon.

He lifts his wings and spread them wide,

I think he got some sea salt in his eye.

Setting so serenely, regal as can be,

A crown upon his head, would look fine to me.

A scavenger flying over head,

Oh it is only his sea gull friend, Fred.

Now I see upon the swirling sea,

Two sea gulls looking at me.
