SHADOW GATE REDUX

He new his choices were limited after all he saw what had befallen martin and that alone sent shivers down his spine how could such a thing be real but it was and what and how was he to survive cus he new it was just a matter of time till the beast got to him the image to him was a thing of shadows it strolled into the light and even martin never saw it till it was to late trying to picture the beast devouring martin as he slid
down into the beast abyss of a mouth was hard but it had an all most a equine form as the out line of martins sill twitching body as he tried to fight to escape from this fate but it was in vain as he was sent sliding ever down into what ever dank hellish dark pit of the centre of the beast just to feed it ever growing need as it hunger was unending a hunger that was there to devourer the light it self as I have hard of such

things in legend but just laughed them off as myth but I had scene it and having seeing what it had done with martin as I was still stumbling fro the woods not far from marts lean two I herd it the inescapable! fate it was catching easily up with me and as I dared to look back I saw it closing in upon me as a mere glimpse of the darkness brought me to a stand still as it gallop slowed to a walk as it took its time as it approached me! as I stared at my very own demise as it came to stand before me as it started to toy with me as it had with martin…… if he could of said any thing to the beast it was to be to get it over with but it had its own ideas… as I was now frozen to the spot as it cold eyes burnt into me I felt what martin had and came to dread it even as he had as it jaws opened before me I saw it tongue dart out and as it slowly was

drawn across my face I felt and smelt the very heat and smelled the beast breath as it over powered my very senses were if on fire as it stopped tasting me and it brought it dark lips to the top of my head as I felt them press upon my head and slow they started to part as they slowly rolled over my head as the darkness slow enveloped me and the wetness and heat of it saliva dribbled over me as once more I felt it tongue press into the front of my face yet even if I wanted to I could not move as I tried to scream but that was imposable as it let out a sound as to signal it enjoyment a sound that turned my body cold as if in delight my now

starting to twitching body as it craved fresh and still alive meals!… as a low rumble passed by me I saw the back of its throat as it moved and vibrate as I felt my head slip into the darkness as the light of the day vanished I felt my body come back to life as I began to struggle but in vain as I was drawn deeper as it pressed down upon my body as it used the ground to force more of me with great easy into the tight confines of the of its throat ! …… from the out side one could see the vague impression of a body slide down its throat a as a hand pressed out in vain as the body shape disappeared as it lifted its head with one mighty last gulp as its muscle pressed me into the pit witch was a soup of what could only being martin I saw bits of bone as I felt my self finally fully pushed in as a itching and then burning from it stomach acid started to burn away my flesh I screamed! …… as the demonic horse enjoyed the sound of a new fresh meal take up its short to be residence as it let out a neigh let echoed fro out the woods as it went and stretched out its hind legs as it raised it tail and left its steaming calling card before once more slipping back into the shadows hunting for a new meal
