This is another of my hai-five poems; , written on the day of a much-dreaded move.
                                              ALONE


Alone with my thoughts;
flicks of old dreams unfinished.
Need to say good-bye.

Need to say good-by:
my unfinished lost dreams just
keep me in a fit.

Keep me in a fit
bigger than my lost dreams were;
they are fading now.

They are fading now--
giving way to more new dreams
which I will pursue.

Which I will pursue
freely and at last when I'm
alone with my thoughts.
