Women know how to do things readily that most men only fumble at. LOL.

Women Know
by Barbara Lynn Terry

It was a warm and sunny day
while I was out shopping one day.
I met a friend who asked me how
could I manage with my four children
in tow, I smiled at him knowingly,
and all I said was, "women know."

While entertaining friends at home
my daughter, reading from a tome,
asked me a question that I answered
without losing my train of thought.
When they asked me how I could do that,
all I said was, "women know."

During a school play that my daughter
was in, somebody asked me a question
that I answered without losing a word or
scene. I laughed and clapped along with
the rest, and when he asked me how could
I do that, I just said, "women know."

While at my daughter's ballet recital
I was talking to a friend in the wings,
but was still able to give my daughter
helping signs that kept her in balance.
When he asked me how do I do that,
I simply said, "women know."

When he took me to a movie he chattered
on and on and on so much so he lost track
of the plot. When he said he couldn't remember
what the movie was about, I told him.
When he asked how I did that, I just said,
"women know."

When he took me to dinner one night,
he chattered on about romantic things,
but I didn't lose sight of the questions
he asked me about what I wanted. I told
the waiter, and returned to the conversation.
He asked how I did that and I said "women know."

Being a woman, we have to know how to
control the men, children, and things around us,
before we lose what sanity we have. Some say
it is called multitasking, others say we're born with
it, but whatever it is that we can do without effort,
only women know.
