"How much you will fight for your love story?"
                                                                          Remind Me

                                                                      by Lizelle Tabaquero

“ If we are  meant for each other then we will meet again, won’t we?”

That’s the question that comes into my mind while listening to my favorite song, “ The Distance” , sung by Evan and Jaron.

I imagined myself sitting in the middle of the road while looking at the falling snow. It was too cold and the environment has no color, only black and white.

Right now, I can imagine myself crying silently and missing someone from a distance. I thought that the only thing that I can do was to stay in my starting place until the pain was gone. But when a lady stand in front of me, I was surprised to realized that she was Luna Daphne, the main character in the love story “ Whisper of  Rose “ , which I already released here at writing.com. She said that I should also finish my own love story no matter what happen next.

I smiled at her and wiped my tears. I stand straight looking towards the road. I guess she’s right. So should follow my heart’s path.

For every miles I take I encountered dangers, such as rainstorm, lightning, earthquake and sandstorm, but I don’t give up because I know that he is 1 mile closer to me and my heart started to beat so fast, like a signal that he was waiting for me, until I saw an approaching hurricane. I’m so scared but I should persevere because I really want to see him. So I walk through it and thanked God,  Eriol bravely saved me.

Eriol was one of my imaginative characters from the story of “Freezing Tears”, written by me here in the writing.com, which loves Freedert but ended loving Axia.

Before he leaves, he said that I should go for what makes me smile. I thanked him and gave my blue handkerchief with dust. It’s because I want him to know that he is blue in my life and without him Freedert won’t love too much and find herself.

I again continued walking, but this time I walk slowly while looking at the melting snow and at the sunrise. Now I can feel the newness in my heart that brings back every wonderful colors of the surrounding.

Finally, I was there in his location, but I saw that the bridge was broken; however, it does not makes me sad because he was there, smiling like there is no tomorrow for me. During this great moment I can’t feel tiredness. The only thing that I can feel was his heart, it was there to comfort me but there is a barrier.

“ If we are  meant for each other then we will meet again, won’t we?” I asked him from a three meters distance.

I waited 7 seconds for his answer but he doesn’t reply to my question. I felt sad knowing that maybe there’s no reason for me to keep him in my heart. Meanwhile, he shouted one sentence.

            “ Lizelle, Always remember me!”

When I heard that, tears fall in my cheeks. I looked at his eyes with affection while saying that as long as he holds me in his memories I will remember him.

Our love story finally ended so fast with full of adventures, as we walk separately I stopped at the young Narra tree; I wrote the words he said. So that if in case I forgot him, there is still someone or something that will remind me.
