A poem about how beautiful the sunrise can be and how that can relate to life.
Sunrise

Shadows fallen,
the pink dim of
sunlight begins.

Slowly, stretching,
as if asleep itself,
the sun starts climbing.

Pink, blue, purple, come
together to help pull
the sun out of a daze of darkness.

Finally out of its slumber,
the sun reaches out a peek,
a glimmer of freshness for the day.

The sun makes a grand entrance,
making it known throughout the world
with its brightness shining in our eyes.

Its beams of light like fingers,
tracing the new day,
the new adventure.

And to think,
this is every day.
