A question we all ask
Could not one word bring back the dead?
Or would it merely stir the life
That sleeps within my grieving head
And thus kick up the clouds of strife
To choke my heart with fatal grip
And paw the words to maul their truth,
Whilst standing staring at the rip
Of feelings torn and lack of youth?
