A pondering
How our environment affects our behaviour and influences us is quite remarkable and proven.
A strong willed person is needed to counter act the effects of it I’m sure.
When I worked at Mc Donald’s for example; a lot more burgers were consumed then I had want or desire for prior to working there. Indeed I rarely ate Mc Donald’s food. I remember one of my friends refused to talk to me about the job as he considered it a betrayal of morals to work for a company of globalisation and a representation of the evil capitalist society taking over the country. Rightio it was just a job to me – also we were both quite young so strong opinions really meant something to us, so I could understand his view – but surely just living and thriving in a community being overruled by a capitalist ideology is a hypocrisy as you are living that way of life too. It can’t be escaped, unless you go and live in a cave for 3 years, travelling into town just to get your weekly hand out from the government…I say this as an aunt of mine once had a wayward boyfriend (they referred to him as wayward to us children) who decided to live in a cave for 3 years. He was obviously fond of the cave and this was further clarified when my mother bumped into him in the local town (as he sometimes ventured down to the local town) and found him wearing a t-shirt with the words ‘ The cave is where it’s at! ’ Perhaps this wayward man has the answer to everything, also the problems with the environment could be solved in some way. No electricity, etc.

The window is open, im wearing my mustard dress, with clean hair but its cold today and I didn’t realise. And this hair of mine is dry and frizzy, much like an old persons’ and this does not please me. I went to the hair dresser’s and walked away with it in a smooth and fashionable manner, which made me happy. So this is fresh in my mind but I couldn’t emulate my hair from previous days, so I was a bit disappointed.
