You gain super powers, but how are you going to use them? And are you good or evil?

The potanginist has to be either 13, 16 or 17 no other age (unless you power is to change age),
no wieght gain (or wieght loss) TF or object TF,
You start off having limited control over your power but you quickly learn to control it comletly, IE you can turn it on and off when you want to.
NO SEX,
NO NUDITIY
NO DRUG USE OR REFFERANCE
NO SWEARING
NO TOILET STUFF
NO INSULTING ANY RELIGON
and keep this in the age limit
