A poem I've been playing around with
Love, real love, is like a rose
When you pick it, it's pretty,
but has thorns.
And those brave enough to suffer them, for companionship
are heartbroken if the rose dies out.
But times heals those holes the thorns left,
and then we make the same mistake again
