This is about how Superman is a fraud, and how he is the one who needs to be Saved.
These are my confessions of a Superman,
This is journal entry number one,
I'm not really Super human,
I really can't save anyone,

Bridge:
How can I save all these people?
When I can 't even find a way to save me from myself?

Chorus:

Their all waiting for a hero,
Someone to come and save the day,
On a Scale of One to Ten I'm just a zero,
I'm just a human who wears a phony bed sheet for a cape,
I can't really save anyone.

Kryptonite's not the only thing that leaves me weak,
There are many things which make to my knees,
I'm constantly battling the bad in me,
I've come to find that I'm my own worst enemy,

Bridge:
How can I save all of these people?
When I can't even find a way to save me from myself?

( Chorus)

Guitar Solo, repeat bridge, and then back to chorus.
