Who can forget their first feelings of real love? And how much do you long for it after?
You were mine to keep,
Reinforced to reap,
My secret at first, you must'n know,
You were my first love like new fall'n snow
It was beautiful, pure delight,
You were my keeper, forever we promised to unite,
In love, you were mine,
Every moment spent was like a rhyme with time,
It seemed to never runout,
Your sigh complimented mine,
In space we raced we couldn't be beat,
You were love, kindnes and everything sweet,
Until one day the hour-glass broke,
The rythum and ryhme stopped,
The sands of our love were washed away,
I'll never forget that once you were mine,
You were still my first love,
My first earnest kiss,
Love blind.
