About not being good enough
I let you down, yet again isn’t that a surprise
Seems no matter what, I’m always a failure in your eyes
I could find the cure for cancer, you’d ask what took me so long
I could master life fully, you’d still point out what I did wrong
I can’t be perfect, I’m sorry, I really try to be
I wish for just one second, you’d accept me for me
But it seems my flaws, are all that you ever see
Perfection is a dream, this is my reality
