Have you ever had the need to write, but the words won't come out?
These are my days
Spent sitting, wasting away
I will never know
If grass really grows
along the paved way

These are my thoughts
Repetitive, lost
Will the day appear
my dreams will be near
With no catch or cost?

These are the facts
I'm anxious, off track
Like hand and glove
I need my love
Writing brings me back
