Awakening

All hallows eve
a night  of self-realization
hallucinogens consumed
in blind determination

A bright room
in which we're confined
hollow laughter
madness defined

Thoughts become jumbled
beyond comprehension
my mind is
in poor condition

On the floor
shivering violently
perpetual delirium
crying silently

This nagging desire
to crawl out of this skin
shall not control me
nor corrupt me from within
