I was at work bored and it just came to me
Love,
I loved you..
I gave you all I had to give..

I held you,
Kept close your secrets..
And ease those trying fears..

Like wind beneath wing,
I gave flight to every dream..
And hope behind every tribulation.

Love,
I loved you.
Even though it hurt me so.

As you broke me,
Asunder all my hopes and dreams.
And you crushed me so small I could not be seen..

I lost sight of me,
Until the reflection was unknown.
And I had nothing of myself to give or love..

Love,
I loved you.
Until I hated myself..

The hardest thing,
I walked no ran away.
So afraid I was nothing without you..

Without you..
I was terrified, yet uplifted.
I can see now, that you never truly loved me..
