These words are just as powerful today as the were to me so long ago.

  Revelation

She came to me the other night

I looked toward the stars.

She came to me as an owl

Who? she asked

I ignored her

She came as a falling leaf

I swept her away

She came as the wind

I bundled up against her

She came to me as a dream

I awoke forgetting the dream

She came to me as a song

Her music went unheard

She came to me as a stranger

She told me to look inward

I looked inward then to the moon

The owl asked

the wind played music

The leaves danced in my dream

She called my name

I saw Her face

At that moment I knew I could answer.

I am your Daughter.
