For nobler purpose, or not?
Whether flies truer-- the aim of man
for preservation of state thus divine
or propagandized euphoria: a mind set, or mob-think,
Political unrest never sleeps, moreover
it strews forth chaos of nightmarish proportions.
Daydream years exist until reality startles
the sleeper to rude awakening.
The Grand Experiment, that political petri dish
of derailed illusions, lost in translation, blurred
beneath water-colored washes of scarlet.
The color, perhaps, of blood, or tyranny, or freedom.
Perspective adds dimension, if not wisdom.
