Inspired by excessive listening of my favorite band Modest Mouse.
All that’s good must one day fall,
but like spring its reborn, so baby don’t you cry at all.
My body may be gone and souls returned to the Earth,
but the spark is more than just dust in the hearth.
We’ll be together through life’s rebirth.

To sleep, to dream, to wake no more,
to our own eyes, isn’t that what we’re waiting for?
To escape, to satin, to lyin’ down,
come back to lift away from this ground.
Why be sad? It’ll be alright.
Alright? It’s all right.

Winter will come, we’ll wither away,
but summer will be soon and it’ll be okay.
Two birds in love, maybe a leaf through the streams.
The next life is better than it seems.
Isn’t that the teenage dreams?

To sleep, to dream, to wake no more,
to our own eyes, isn’t that what we’re waiting for?
To escape, to satin, to layin’ down,
come back to lift away from this ground.
Why be sad? It’ll be alright.
Alright? It’s all right.

On my death bed sleeping fast,
until I take that final breath at last.
Where I go I may not know,
but I’ll wait for you.
Before or after life its true.

To sleep, to dream, to wake no more,
to our own eyes, isn’t that what we’re waiting for?
To escape, to satin, to layin’ down,
come back to lift away from this ground.
Why be sad? It’ll be alright.
Alright? It’s all right.
