He craved blood and love...and only one person could give him both.
Prologue

The cold blade pressed against her throat brought Julie Smith back to reality. Her attacker stared down at her, a smirk forming on his lips. Julie looked up at him, eyes wide. She remembered him from somewhere, the pitch black hair and piercing blue eyes. She just couldn’t think of his name.

“W-Who are you?” She stuttered, feeling flushed as his eyes burned into hers.

He chuckled, lightly playing with the top button of her shirt. “You don’t remember me? I was sure that you would remember the man that killed your sister.”

Her eyes widened, trying to get out of his grip. “But…what do you want from me?”

He pinned her arms above her head and onto the wall. “You were the one that called the police and got me put in prison again.” He smirked. “You’re going to have to pay for that.”

She stared into his eyes, frightened as she realized that they turned pitch black. “Anything. I’ll do anything. Just don’t kill me.”

He smirked. “Oh, I won’t kill you.” Throwing her onto the bed, he handcuffed her wrists to the bedpost, taping her mouth afterwards. “Yet.” He walked to the door, turning to her before he walked out. “Try to escape and I’ll kill you much quicker.”

He walked out of the room and down to the basement, smiling. Another wonderful victim, he thought to himself.

“C’mon, there has to be some alcohol down here.” He muttered, looking around the room.

He spotted a pack of cigarettes and shrugged. “This’ll have to do.” He said, taking the pack, walking back upstairs and into the kitchen.
He looked in the fridge and grinned as he found a bottle of whiskey.

He walked back into Julie’s room, seeing her frightened expression. Sitting down next to her, he lit a cigarette and tore the tape off of her mouth.

She whimpered slightly and looked up at him. “Please, just let me go.”

He laughed. “Begging won’t help. Just be good and I’ll kill you quicker so you won’t feel the pain.”

Her eyes filled with tears, afraid for her life and most importantly, her daughters’ life. “Please, I have a daughter. She’d have to go to a foster home. Please let me go.”

He shook his head. “Persistent aren’t you? Keep begging and I’ll kill you now.”

Julie lowered her head. “Vincent…please.”

Vincent looked at her, his eyebrow arched. “How do you know my name?”

“My sister…she talked about you all the time.”

He chuckled. “Sounds just like her.” He took a gulp of whiskey and a puff of smoke after. “So, you smoke?”

Julie shook her head. “I used to. Not anymore. I quit when you killed my sister.” She looked up at him. “Tell me, how did your eyes become black? They were…bright blue before.”

He put down the cigarette near the end of the bed, letting it light on fire. “I guess I should show you now.” He leaned down to her neck and smirked.

She was wide eyed, smelling the smoke and whiskey on his breath.

“This will only hurt for second.” He smiled, moving his mouth closer to her mouth. “Or more.”

She opened her mouth, letting out a silent scream as what felt like two sharp blades, pierced into her skin.

Vincent moaned into her neck as her blood ran down his throat. He put his hand over her mouth, making sure that if she did start screaming, no one would hear. He felt her body go limp and he smiled, pulling away from her with blood dripping down the side of his mouth. He heard sirens in the distance and swore quietly. Someone must’ve heard her. He got up, making sure he didn’t leave any fingerprints and fled the house, hiding in an alley.

He stood there smiling as the paramedics came out with Julie in a black bag on a stretcher. Suddenly, he jumped as he felt a tug on his shirt. He looked behind him and saw a little girl, about 6 years old, staring at him. He sighed when he figured out who it was. He knelt down to her eye level and looked at her.

“Victoria, you shouldn’t be out here at this time of night.”

She stared at him, her eyes black and cold. “I need blood.”

~*shifts on my feet*....I'm back from the dead xD So...obviously, my writing genre has taken a little twist xD Well, this is just the prologue, the 'Gay/Lesbian' genre comes in in the first chapter. I hope you all enjoyed!~
