My superhero team.
Standing in the hanger of Era Tower Tokyo, Electron reflected on the past. The recent rebuilding of Era Tower East had reminded him of the beginning of the Enforcers. In his mind's eye, he traveled back four years, to the launching of the E Tower.

The E Tower was the Enforcer's first base. A space station designed to monitor the planet and guard against any threats that might come from space. Originally, the only members were him, Green Laser, Bolt, Darksun, Lighthawk, Toxicity, and Shark Man. After less than a year the ranks had come to include heroes like Gauntlet, Zodiac, Pulsar, Jade, and Basilisk. Still later, it seemed he was the leader of pretty much every hero on Earth.

Of course, where there are heroes, there are villains. The most persistant was Demon Spider and his Phantom Five. Red Devil and his Crime Syndicate were equally as annoying. And of course the lesser known Moray or Diamondback. But the worse by far was the Denzians. A race of shapeshifting aliens, they had attacked Earth time and again. Even though a great hero, Typhoon, came from their species, the Denzians were the trigger that started the breakup of the Enforcers.

After the death of several heroes at Denzian tentacles in the last invasion, the tension which had always been present within the team became unbearable and the team split up. Electron and several others had tried to keep the fight going, but perhaps if the world had never been thretaned by Armaggedeon and Doomsday, the Enforcers would never have reformed.

Armaggedeon and Doomsday, twin aliens with the power to destroy matter, came to Earth seeking to destroy it. Electron sent out a call to every hero who had ever been an Enforcer to beat them back. After an intense battle, the aliens were driven from Earth, and Paradox, an Enforcer long thought dead, returned the heroes killed in the last Denzian invasion to life. Now the Enforcers are back and better than ever. It truly was the Next Generation...

Electron was shocked out of his reminiscing by the chirping of his comlink. He tapped the small device in his ear and said, "Yes?" Over the line came the reptillian hiss of Tendril's voice. "Lighthawk's calling from E Tower One." he said. "Something about multiple incursions?"
