I was staring out of my patio lonely.
3 A.M. doesn’t have that many noises
The wind is asleep
Tall palm trees, gathered rocks, and soft green grass all stay motionless
I’m outside looking for a song
Everyone rests, pets guard no more, and insects stop buzzing
I can’t hear one single tone
Night will stay silent
While I search for a song
