Free verse challenging the cliche of when the tough get going
when the going gets tough
the tough get going
right?
That is what the phrasing is
but in all actuality
when the going gets tough
the tough just keep going
its the attention seekers
and the people who want to fail
that start up as soon as they know it will be hard
that the chances to succeed are slim
and the rewards great
when the going gets tough
the tough
or the stubborn
just keep slogging through
