A rant of sorts.

I believe I will refrain from boring you with extraneous sugar coating details concerning my opinion. The lifestyle I have chosen is not widely accepted in this world; in fact it’s what one would call…taboo? Have you any idea what I may be referring to? Three guesses. No, I am not a witch. No, I am not into vampirism. No, I am not into bestiality. Were those even any of the things you may have been thinking? Even so, that doesn’t matter. I am going to tell you who I am. I am a homosexual. Did I surprise you? I hope so, because this is what I believe. Being homosexual does not make you any less of a person than the next human being. I could sit next to a straight man and still be considered human just as much as him. Cut his wrist, he bleeds red, cut mine, they bleed red; they don’t spew green acid or disease ridden chemicals to make someone homosexual. Also, the pathetic comparison of homosexuals to pedophiles is just sickening. I am getting nauseous just thinking about it. It leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. I have never in my life thought of children that way. Just because some freak has some chemical imbalance speeding through his brain waves does not mean those same chemicals are going through mine. There is no comparison of a homosexual to a pedophile; we’re not the same. And the straight person who seems perfectly normal is not the same either.

What does any of this tell you? According, to me it should relieve you of the pain of ignorance. Now, I will not say that all of my readers are ignorant, because everyone certainly is not, but to those that are I sure hope that something can click inside that brain of yours so that you understand that what homosexuals do behind closed doors is no more public information than what heterosexuals do behind closed doors. Did I make that clear or should I tell you again? My sex life is not for show, if I wanted to share that with you I would ask, “Can I come over to your house and have sex with my boyfriend? You can watch.” Granted, I’m sure I wouldn’t get very far if I were that type of person, but apparently people these days are so obsessed with what homosexuals do in the bedroom, their actions and how wrong it is. Give it a break. We aren’t hurting you, the only thing we want is the privilege (right) to marry the one we love. Is that really too much to ask?

Now, that I made my claim about marriage that leads me to think about children. Two mothers. Two fathers. What’s wrong with that? These couples are just as capable of taking care of children as heterosexual couples. The children aren’t going to turn out gay, they won’t be some sort of alien that was raised by pedophilic parents, they in fact, turn out to be as normal as a child of a straight parent; an Earthling, dear friends. We’re all Earthlings, Earthlings of diversity. Mixed race, different shapes, same sex love, yet take a minute to look deeper. Break the surface and notice that we’re all human beings and deep down out of several things that are chemically in common, I can name one thing that seems to remain of the utmost importance and that is to FIND SOMEONE TO LOVE. Us Homo Sapiens don’t want to be left alone.
