Education is extremely important to me and I like sharing knowledge, so here are some mini knowledge treats which you can refer to as often as you need, to gain a treasure chest of knowledge.

WHEN YOU HAVE TO TELL SOMEONE SOMETHING WHICH VEXES YOUR SPIRIT AND MAKES YOU EXTREMELY ANGRY
I have been in situations where I felt like I could absolutely bludgeon someone to a pulp. Although I wouldn't do such a thing, it wexes my spirit and angers me so that I am affected severely by what ever action caused this response with in me.

My first reaction whenever possible is to fuss and fume privately to myself. Or if this is not possible and I still am confronted by the person or situation, I try to exit from them or try to encourage them to leave so that we can have time to get over this initial response. The only other course of action if we can not get away from the situation is the not say anything at this moment on the subject and hopefully we will later be able to work things out so we have a better understanding. Writing is a powerful weapon for resolving conflict.

{sixe4.5}RESOLVING CONFLICT THROUGH WRITING

For me one of the best ways for getting frustration, anger, vexation, or any other negative emotions out of my system is to write and pour out everything down to the tiniest bit of emotion and thought. I begin by just writing and allowing a free flow of thought to be placed in a format which I can later edit if I decide to do this. If I am writing a letter or e-mail to the person or offending situation and the person, I will write everything as it comes and then wait a while perhaps a day or two before I return to this writing and edit my written words.
