A sudden poem that came to my mind when I was watching out through my window....

In my kitchen I stood, in front of the piled up dishes
Waiting to be washed- this was never in my wishes…
Opening the cute little window, my eyes gazed
The open fields far out, where the cattle grazed.
There were cows, most of them white
Lying down, enjoying the sun after the long night.
The tall green grasses with drops of dew
Shook their heads as the butterflies flew.
And the charming little stream made its way,
Besides the wild grasses, to the lake far away.
As the clocked ticked by, the sun rose high…
I was getting late, I realized with a sigh.
