The fight will never end.
Half Mast

The bullets fly,
I watch my brothers die;
I see all of them fight,
but most of them will see the light.

The loud gun fire,
the noise just rings higher;
The smoke is too high,
I will not die.

The flag still stands,
but with bloody hands;
This war is over,
the flag begins to lower.
