America’s Infrastructure a chaotic situation
Piece by piece our bridges crumble,
America’s infrastructure needs repair,
Cracks in sidewalks cause us to stumble.

Potholes in roads make mountains humble,
And cause drivers to despair,
Piece by piece our bridges crumble.

Is this a political bumble,
Or because we just don’t care,
Cracks in sidewalks cause us to stumble.

The electrical grid is a jumble,
A technological nightmare,
Piece by piece our bridges crumble.

Financially politicians mumble,
While fuel pipelines remain in unrepair,
Cracks in sidewalks cause us to stumble.

Antiquated sewer systems cause us to grumble
Infrastructure chaos spreads everywhere,
Piece by piece our bridges crumble,
Cracks in sidewalks cause us to stumble.
