A sonnet tribut to the Arabian horse.
The Spirit of the Arabian
By: Gabriella Kedavra

So carefree, firey and knowing no bound
Is the spirit of the Arabian
With the thunderous hoofs beating the ground
Can be heard throughout the Albanian.
A dark, flowing mane lifted by the wind,
A graceful creature running in God's light,
Can be enough your broken heart can mend.
A creature that lives for all of his might
To impress his Maker and man alike.
A creature so graceful, none can compare
But will fancy a run just out of spite.
No other creature would venture a dare
To try and outdo a thing so sincere
But marvel at a thing so very dear.
