This is one of my idea's that are keeping me from working on my other storys.

This story takes place before Sasuke retrival but Tsunade is Hokage.

Naruto, while being punished for a prank finds a trunk. In the trunk he finds a hat with Mad Hatter writen in it and sevearl cards.
Rules.

Adding chakra to the cards will cause them to make comands permanet until they are put back on.
No Yaoi.
No Futa.
