A Guide to OK’s Best Pumpkin Patches

With sweater weather right around the corner, the opportunities for outdoor activities start to dwindle. But worry not, because the crisp, fall weather is actually the perfect time to experience some of life’s greatest and simplest pleasures. So, throw on your cheesiest, fall themed appliqué sweater, toss the kids in the car and get ready to go a-pickin’!

Livesay Orchards – Porter, OK
Livesay Orchards is best known as Oklahoma’s largest peach orchard but this family-run business is also home to the incredible Pumpkin Playland. Each fall Livesay lights up the dreary autumn days with pumpkin bowling, hay mazes, apple picking and much, much more! Plus, the cost of admission (just $3 per person!) gets you access to the whole orchard, as well as a hay ride through Livesay’s majestic pumpkin patch.

Be sure not to miss their farmer’s market for a fantastic assortment of seasonal, local fruits and vegetables. After all, fall is prime time to sample some of Livesay’s renowned peaches as well as their tomatoes, apples and pumpkins!
