See folder for entire rant. This is a piece of poetry I wrote when I was a teen.
As night falls and spreads her cloak over our heads
With minds clouded over and hearts of lead
The fool undresses his love to the uncaring soul of a pretty woman.
Feeling unwanted he followed the caravan
Stumbling through mists of a false love
Hoping and praying for a sign from above
As light would blind the eye, beauty would blind the mind.
In such short time the story would unwind.

As lives are told
secrets begin to mold.
Hurt and pain grew inside
the burning flames have almost died.
The mold is shattered against the wall;
even a blind love has to fall.
