The need for discipline amid all of life's struggles - a rhyming poem.
Time to use some Godly sense
Need not cry for recompense.
Love is often quite immense
But guys and ladies will be dense.

Children scream for much more love
While lousy bullies give a shove.
Innocence, white as a dove,
Can't feel the grace from up above.

A home unlucky, job's ill fate
Never nearer, Heaven's gate.
The sad despair, a fickle slate
Often pain seems twice as great!

Reckon we can cry some more
But what more can we bargain for?
Only what God has in store,
That our landing's never sore.

So finish when the start is clear
Opt for purpose, not for fear.
Like that blessed cow or steer
The life we found is oh so near...

The universe goes hand in hand
With what our discipline can stand.
Things don't often go as planned,
But still our efforts shall demand...
